Sorry I cannot come. Kris was my son, Michael McGregor"s best friend. As a teenager he shared many meals at our house. He always had a smile and a hug when he entered our home. I was his youth leader at church. I remember fun trips to Lone Tree.

Oh I remember going to Lone Tree every year! I remember 1 year he ate a moth for $1...🤣🤣

I remember the first time I saw Kris. Sue and I were heading back home after a long shift, so night had fallen and street lights were on. His car was turning in front of us as he was coming in to work. Sue got excited and hollered that the guy in the car was Kris. I focused on him, and was confused. From her descriptions, the guy looked nothing like I was expecting. His skin was darker, his cheeks pretty chubby, and he was wearing sunglasses. If you have ever known or met Kris, he's a skinny, pale guy, which was what I was expecting. I asked her if she was sure, thinking she had done lost her mind. Come to release, years later, the yellowish street lights had changes his skin tone, and his winter coat had smooshed up his cheeks, and the sunglasses the only thing that was proving no one lost their mind.
He was the perfect mate for my big sister. He was patient, he encouraged her, and he loved her truly. He did his absolute best to provide for his family, and did everything in his power to provide, even through his bad days.
Kris will be missed greatly, and will always be known as Superman in my house, because he was nothing short of a superhero.
