Obituary for Wilma Roberta Beemer (Spangler)
Wilma Roberta (Spangler) Beemer passed away at Azria Health Gretna in Gretna, NE on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the age of 89.
Wilma was born December 4, 1930, in Detroit to George and Mae Spangler. She graduated from Chapman High School with the Class of 1949. She was married to Wayne Beemer on February 17, 1980. She had been a resident of Azria Health since 2013.
She is survived by four children and four stepchildren. Dennis Rector & wife Trina; Larry Rector; Steve Rector & wife Ruth; Debra Edwards; daughter-in-law Kristy Rector; Don Beemer & wife Sally; Glenda Singleton & husband Jim; Jan Beemer; Sharon Keenan & husband Kelly and 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Norman Spangler of Carlton.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne; son Randall Rector; brothers Bruce and Paul Spangler; sisters Phyllis Lay and Marian Hottman.
Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery and a Celebration of Life for the family will be held at a later date.
