I would like to post a belated memory. I have known Mary and Al Jones most if not all of my life. Mary and Al were always great friends to my parents Darrell and Joan Johnson as well as a great neighbors for my Brother Jeff and his son Mathew who both still live very near to the Jones residence. A key memory for which I would like to share is that Darrell Johnson would likely have departed this world 8 years early had it not been for the Jones Family responding to his collapse on their front porch while suffering a major heart attack in 1996. Had they not been there for Dad in that moment of great need he would not have been able to enjoy an additional 8 years with his Family. My sympathy goes out to Al, Michael, Christopher, Kimberly and extended Jones Family members. Mary will be missed but I am confident she is resting peacefully with other Family and Friends in Heaven above.

Uncle Bud and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about Aunt Mary's passing. She always had a smile on her face, a kind word for everyone, and was loved by all. As girls growing up in Maine, we always looked forward to our summer Kansas trips to visit our Keener relatives. Aunt Mary showed us how to pick cherries from the trees then taught us how to make the most delicious cherry pies, she was a fabulous cook! She also enjoyed cutting our hair -- very short! So many fond memories to remember her by. Wishing you comfort and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.
Lovingly from your Patterson Nieces,
